Subject: 15 minutes into JUSTIFIED and I'm rooting for Shelby/Drew and Helen May.

But then they went to see Limehouse.

And now they have to figure out how to get out of Harlan alive.... and what of Helen May at Limehouses?

Will Boyd and Ava really make a run for it. Is that what Wynn Duffy is up to now? He always seemed to be a survivor.

Wondering if the Mexican town Drew/Shelby mentioned (Huatulco) might be the same town the agent who stole the money in the previous season is now living in.

Next ep looks absolutely epic....

I want Raylan to win at the end, but I also wanted Shelby and his protégé to get away. They did provide little moments of grace.

And Art's line about summing up the awesomeness that is Drew Thompson was perfect.

Jim Beaver and the actress playing Ellen May were just terrific. But all the cast is absolutely stellar on Justified. Constable Bob was also pretty great in the previous episode.

I know I said that I would be disappointed if Shelby were Drew, because it was way too telegraphed, but I enjoyed the low-key way the reveal was done during the Shelby/Hunter scene in the car.

And Drew changing his mind about leaving Ellen May behind when he spotted the stray dog? For anyone who watched Jim Beaver in Deadwood it was a hreatwrenching scene!

Justified continues to hit all my buttons with its great dialogues, unforgettable side characters and family themes. I feel for Raylan's storyline and journey in a way I have only felt for a few tv shows, and there were some poignant moments in "Get Drew" thanks to Shelby and Ellen May.

And I just adore Wynn Duffy whatever he does or says!

Also little precious details as usual, like Boyd and Ava not knowing about Arlo's death (I had wondering about their lack of reaction since the moment Arlo was stabbed)being hinted at during the Boyd/Raylan conversation and finally voiced out loud later.

I also think that there was a reason Frances Givens was mentioned so much (which was already a continuity thing after the pilot and Arlo's mysterious hint)one episode before Limehouse showed up again.

And don't you think that Raylan is becoming more and more attractive with the passing of seasons?

"Easy on the eyes" is an understatement, Rachel my dear. Maybe it's because Timothy Olyphant really fleshes the character out, showing layers and depth that a pretty boy like him rarely displays on screen. Raylan manages to appear cool but also intense and angry, funny and yet assholish, super strong and vulnerable and damaged at once.
That, and that those long legs of his, and that torso, the way he stands or leans on a car...and the hat of course!

I'm gonna miss that show big time when the season is over.
