The names Willow and Kandy sound a bit familiar, I think -- Gabs, Sunday, August 11, 09:11:58am (NoHost/196.207.250.50)
I'm good, currently in Senegal til the end of December as part of my MA in Ethics & Development, and when I return I'd like to get back my old job at the Red Cross but the job market is brutal at the moment... we'll see.
Your post made me miss my cat something awful right now; I can skype with my friends and family back home but it doesn't work so much with pets, lol!
What's new in your neck of the woods? :)

Sounds like an adventure, good for you! -- AurraSing, Sunday, August 11, 10:04:39am (NoHost/209.121.225.189)
Andy graduated near the top of his class in IT at uni last year, ended up moving down to Victoria right away and is quite happily working remotely as a web developer with "many hats" for an L.A. based company. He has Willow and a young boy cat named Desmond to keep him company, enjoys the rich urban environment of living right off of downtown Victoria. We see him about once a month since it's about an hours drive between our place and his, which is nice.
Ali is working about 20 hours a week in retail while she gets ready to start Uni later this month, starting a degree in cultural Anthropology. Still living at home but once school starts we won't be seeing much of her since boththe job and uni are up in Nanaimo.
Don's work in recreation is much the same, I am transiting into an upper management job in my store since we are loosing our asst manager to a new store in a nearby community...I would love to make the move with her but with dogs I would hate to be away for 8 hours at a time, so there you go. We are enjoying a hot, dry summer, none of the freakish storms or other natural disasters hitting other parts of Canada lately.
Happy to see you drop by for a visit, I have been wondering what the Swiss Miss was up to...
