Is it just me or are Captcha's (not the one's here) getting tougher to read?

The ones that appear in those boxes with the letter smeared out or otherwise obscured. I am having a tougher time deciphering them. I tried the audio one and I couldn't make heads or tails of that. So much gibberish.

You need to have a computer to figure them out these days. I usually go through 4 or 5 Captchas before I can find one that I can figure out.

Am I just getting old?

Then again I can blow up the captcha quite easily if I am posting via phone, which makes it easier.
