Subject: A lot of SiameseX or HimalayanX have that coloring. It's the eyes and chin that make for the grumpy, IMHO

Those eyes are very wide spaced and maybe more protuberant than is healthy, that chin looks like it could go on a bulldog! Put that together with the inability to move without some effort, I would be kinda grumpy too. Poor Tard!!
