Many good shows, but Terriers, Wonderfalls, Out of Order and Rubicon should be on the list too. One season was definitely not enough!

Bundle them together, maybe by genre, and resell the shows to some cable networks. For instance, I've been wondering why no one bundles Buffy and Angel (probably because of ownership) and shows the two in their historical order. So that you would have Seasons 1-3 of Buffy then start in with Buffy and Angel alternating such that when in the earlier seasons of Angel they dovetail together and one episode leads to another. But TV schedulers and salesmen don't think like that.

For every show that dies a sad and early death, I have to think about the shows that should have been staked a long time ago, once they wore out their welcome. How do you explain "House" and "The Simpsons" ???
