I suppose that the film maker thought it was cool to do the voice-over in French – wannabe Godard or mocking Godard? Probably both– but he didn't speak well so it was quite distracting.

The title "Paw de deux" was funny, though.

That sequence starting with "I am surrounded by morons." Especially the scene with the cat looking at the sign "Pay Attention to the Cat" and how the cat makes that slow, halting turn to the camera just as he says "Not that they ever do."
