It's quite a yummy comfort food.
It's filling, so a little goes a long way.
Sharing is good. :o)

Congrats to Ali and Andy. Good on you, AS.

Ardee has the green thumb around here and he grows some great veggies and herbs.
Meatless Mondays are a treat because of it.

I'm doing really well, thanks.

Any other movies you're looking forward to seeing this summer?

I treat seeing movies at the theater as a real treat-so go rarely but I think Ridley Scott will not let me down.

I look at my garden (mostly raised beds) as my "relax" time, the buffer between the insanity of work and the comfort of being home and getting supper started. I will bet Ardee finds it much like that as well.

We're having some heat right now, Ali went to take her driving test and after a morning at the beach, was as red as a tomato. Heading out to do my watering-putting on my hat and sunscreen first. You betcha!!

Love to you both,

Carol
