You could always get an e-bike for yourself!

That Riese & Mueller Charger GX Rohloff HS (or the Charger Nuvinci HS) is quite a bike. Fast and you don't have to worry about a derailleur with the Rohloff speed hub (or Nuvinci) that is internally geared.

Costs more than I bought my Mazda 323 for back in 1981 though.
