BBC Canada doesn't carry it, our SPACE channel does. But even with skipping commercials with the PVR, I prefer watching "Who" from the original source via Andy, his laptop and a jump drive plugging into our DVD player. Totally worth the effort for the HD picture and how much improved the flow is with no commercial cuts.
