For instance, a certain carrier we get a fair number of parcels through each week, routes everything through Courtenay first. Which means anything we ship goes an extra 120 kms before it gets to us...no love for Nanaimo, I guess. Also means that certain orders get flown into their airport then have to be driven down-island, adding more time. Logic?? What is this word "logic"??
