Subject: Anyone know how Skype works?

IT's on my computer and I'm thinking it might be a way to get in contact with my mother's sister out in KC.

And I cut off the Long Distance on my telephone (still have it on my cell).

It's so so so so easy!!!!

It a) works like any other chat client so you can type to each other

b) if the other person has skype, you can have phone or video calls for free, no matter where in the world they live (KIM get your ass on skype, I'm having a good hair day today)

All you need is a mic and speakers....although headphones probably be better as I can the other person's voice echoing back at them if you use speakers.

Oh yeah and another awesome thing about it is you can have more than 2 of you in a call, we could potentially have a good old S&T session like the good old AIM days...but with our voices! :D

So yes, definitely a good way of cutting down on your bills Lynn, all you need is a computer...or a phone which supports skype.
