Don's making a picnic lunch for today's beach walk somewhere south of Tofino. Both the kids spent the night here-Ali came with us a couple of days ago and Andy came last night because being home alone with the cats was boring him to tears. So much damned fun, then a big family breakfast and the kids are heading home now.

Stumbled over this, just love it....

A work friend of Don's who owns a cottage up there had to dig DOWN to get into his front door on at least one occasion this winter. Good skiing but it's a very boring resort otherwise, at least compared to Fernie.
