There is a downtown park there that every child loved to go to when I was a kid. A train much like this one, a hand carved animal themed merry-go-round and a wading pool. My grandparents often took us there and it was always one of the highlights of any summer evening. Of course it fell into disrepair and parts of it got shut down.

Recently one of the local groups (Kinsmen?) fundraised to repair everything, upgraded the train and made it all magical again. My kids took both rides when we were all there last (2003?) and it was great to see it put smiles on their faces as well....
