Subject: And that's the crux of the matter, right there. It's all fine and dandy to think things like that in your mind, but when you start to act it out, that's when you're becoming what psychiatrists and your average person would label as "delusional". Creativity is one thing; delusions are another. You've gone waaaaay past creativity into the "Delusional Zone".
In reply to: J.T. 's message, "...No, the sad thing is you've lost the ability to BELIEVE. Laugh if you wish, but you see things as they are or may be. I see things as they are in other Pathways." on 23:45:30 12/04/03 Thu

Creativity is a wonderful force; it is what allows us to create works of art, paint beautiful pictures, sculpt, photograph, play exquisite music (and sometimes jarring and agitating music), dance like no one's watching, write the next great novel or book, and get closer to self-actualization. However, if you take it too far, start to think that the mindscapes and dreamscapes you're imagining are actually real and do exist, and act accordingly, you've slipped from creativity (by this point, it's more imagination) to delusions.

I haven't lost my ability to believe; no, I believe still and always will. No, it's that I know and can differentiate from imagination and creativity, and I also know when they can be taken too far.

If these worlds of yours exist, that's great. But it's pure hubris to call yourself a "god", even when you're "roleplaying" your "characters". Egotisim is perhaps the root of the downfall of man as a species and as an individual. You who suffer from excessive hubris would do well to remember that fact.
