Duncan helped his father limp out of Tay's room and saw Liam walking up to them.

"Damn, Dan, what happened to you?"

"Tayliana happened to me," answered Iggy. "Well, that and bronchitis."

"Ah." Liam understood. Bronchitis is a form of asthma in which the bronchial tubes in the lungs are too small to hold enough oxygen to supply to the body. It was one of several things that aflicted the black mage since birth. "Anyway, your 'unknown assassin and J.T. have decided to make it a tag team match. You have until april 7th to pick a partner."

"Okay, when I wake up, I'll see if Red Angel is available. I haven't talked to him in a while. Oh, and DVBG Amanda wants a match with you. She's in Tay's room."

"Y' mean, 'Female-Me' wants me to put her out of her misery."

"If you knew her story," Duncan answered, "you'd want to do something for her."

"Yeah, but... Death is a bit extreme. Believe me. Rose is still pissed at me for that little stint with Silver, and I'd rather not kill anyone."

"Then at least fight the girl," pleaded Iggy. "Who knows. She might prove to be very skilled. And you'll need to sharpen your Ryokage-ken style for Seth-kun."

"Which 'Seth' are we talking about?"

"The first. Seven's Seth."

Liam agreed. He pulled out a medallion from underneath his turtleneck sweater. "I guess I'll go a round with her. But if she really wants to die, she'll have to play this game through to the end. Then she'll be free. That's the way of the Dragon's Shadow, the Sato Family school of kendo." With that, he walked in to Tay's room.
