Ladies and gentlemen, due to recent circumstances, me and Jay have decided that as of now, we shall begin the construction of a new "Syndicate." Here are some of the ideas we have come up with.

First off, we need a new name. Rows was right, which he usually is, we are not some television based organization, so the name goes. However, I do hope everyone here will contribute to what we should call this new organization.

Second, me and Jay have assigned new position to most senior members. He will in charge of the forums, yes, that is plural, read on. Star, we have given you the tedious task of taking on the work of the webpage, if you comply, that is. By the way, you are beautiful Star, in mind, AND in body. Eh-hem, sorry, tmffa board thing. As for myself, I will be the Chief of Complaints Department. Hmm, I think it would be best if I handled really anything thought related to the new organization *scribbles on paper* SO I shall be henceforth known as, Head of the E-mail Notification Personal, ooh, I like that one. Amanda, Iggy, and Gibb, will be in charge of Disciplinary actions against disobediant members, or any other title that you might find useful to the new organization. Tay darling, you will be my personal lover, from which I shall sweep you off your feet, and smother you with love and riches. Oops! Read that outloud. *more scribbling* One more thing, concerning everyone, I wish to erase this wound on our flesh that the Syndicate was but a knee-jerk reaction to the banning of MST's. Sadly, it is true, but I want this new organization to based upon helping others like us. I want a place where a person can make MST's accordingly, and of there own will. Whether it be good or bad.

THe third one deal with the forums in general. Jay has kindly allowed the allocation of the general public to view our message board. We will not deny anyone entry, not even Rows. Everyone has a right to say what they want, and I wish to enforce that. THere will, however, be a secondary message board, which Jay shall construct, where it will only be available to members and the like. This is to deal about more personal things that may be going on, so we can be surrounded by our friends. If at all possible Jay, I hope you keep this board as the Members Only, and make a new one for the General Public.

Next to last, I have a sad announcement. A dear friend to me, to us, has decided it best if he were to leave this message board. He says it just feels wrong for him to be there, and that he wishes to tell everyone "I've removed myself and went my way." I do hope for him to return in the future, not only as a member of our new organization, but also as a greater friend. Menkin, Fireball, we shall miss you greatly here.

Finally, a word about MST's in general. Go wild. Do as you will. Try to maintain some level of decency however, I do ask this of everyone. Perhaps lowering the SI abilities would be a good change. We want people to like our organization, and the best way to do it is to be funny.

Oh yeah, I know you're going to read this Jim, so listen up. I do not speak for everyone, but I must say, I was, and always have been, proud of the way you've maintained a steady job, and the Syndicate. You have even tried to rebuild it from scratch, and I implore you for that. However, like Jay has done, you became a little too power hungry. Or perhaps you thought it as the best solution for the current situation. Either way, you were a jerk. I knew you went overboard with Jay, but I ignored that, but insulting Star for God-whatever reason crossed the line. They have not done anything that wrong to the point of you insulting them like that, nor for the immediate action you took as "boss." A boss is supposed to be figure for his company. People are supposed to look up to you, by your generocity and kindness, but also for your determination, and dedication. Not by the fear, which didn't work by the way, that you directed at them. But I, we, want the old Jim back. The one who'd just smile at the silly threads that we'd post, and not really take too much concern into them. We don't want Jim The Boss, we want Jim Our Friend back. Well, at least I do. I'd be more than willing to talk it out with Jay to see if he can let bygones be bygones. I ask this of you, please.

With all that said and done, construction of the Head of E-mail Notification Department will begin immediately. So please send any regards to my e-mail. Tay, as a wise man once said in the Shakesperian play The Twelth Night..."Come, away to my chambers." ^_~
