Okay, gonna brake it down to chronological...

1)JT was fired, not banned. As I understood it JT was Second-In-Command and was just fired from that, not the Syndicate...Ah, shit...I just went back to the e-mail he just sent me this afternoon...(sorry, Jim) the fuckin' idiot DID ban him from the Syndicate. As until now, at 1:15am, I read this whole thing as JT was lowered to normal MSTer status. So, I'm sending Jim an e-mail on my deepest concerns on the "benefits" of banning JT. My deepest apologies on that, I read this thread as FIRED, NOT BANNED.

2)In the post, I speak of his new MB, but the site itself should be opened within days.

3)It's okay, Star. It's good to free up that kind of thing, just not in whole bunches...if nothing else, do what it seems many of the board members do here...look for comfort and someone that'll listen. I don't count myself, because I try not to complain/burden others with my problems.

4)Again, it's ok. I'll hopefully be around often enough to take over on the mediating when I'm not involved directly. It's going to take alot to get that to happen, I'm going for the indirect approach, with me talking to Jim on this. As from where I understood it originally, it seemed to be not that bad a demotion. I would never agree to the banning of anyone from the Syndicate...including Cyrus.

5)With the whole out-the-window thing, let's just say my current count of posts deleted by JT is, according to my numbers, 14. If not more, because I started keeping my copies of my posts around the time of the Al l337/Al Bhed/L337 thing. So, I'm probably missing about 5 or 6.

6)With going back to semi-normality, that's going to take serious work on both sides, with all MSTers working to fix this. They won't do it themselves, I doubt it very much, and I don't think I can do it alone or with just one or two others.

7)Again, don't worry about, even with all my work to get that full ride through college, I still will be around to take up where you lose it whenever. Just so everybody here knows, none have you have seen me angry/upset/etc., pray you never do...that can really destroy relationships.

8)To get back to the normal merriness, we all definetly need to work together to get Jim to undo the banning and not think of banning ever again, without a majority. And to get JT to forgive and forget, no grudges and no pushing the lines. We need to get them to at least equal and fair terms. This is just a run of ideas...I'm gonna try to persuade Jim, 'cause I know I won't be able to get through to JT.
