- All I'm going to say, Jim, is that depression is a horrible thing when left untreated. I have severe depression, but I at least have antidepressant medication and weekly meetings with a pshrink to fall back on. J.T. has neither. Hopelessness is a horrible thing for one so young to feel (something that one should never have to feel), and that's basically the reaction that your first post evoked.
