I too am looking into a nursing assistant/tech or even unit secretary position as well. I want to get my foot in the door, and hopefully a facility will trust me enough to allow me to do nursing when I get my license reinstated later on this year. I know I will take a pay cut from my current non-nursing/medical job right now, but all things considered, depending on the amount of the pay cut, I can make it work.
