 I was fired on 1/24. This new position involves going to 8 different hospitals on any number of floors. BIG hospitals. Anyhow, this new nurse manager has it set for me to "shadow" a nurse exactly one week later, a monday. (btw, I've learned that friday and monday are the most common days to get fired.. lol) moving along, He told me one of his staff would txt me with the hospital and room number the night before I was to "shadow". Guess where the hell it was??? Yep, the very floor I had just been canned from! Oh shit I thought at first, they're going to think I'm nuts showing up in my nursey garb looking all ready for my shift..lol.. Then I thought, no Karen, have some fun with this EX nurse manager, like "HOW DO YOU LIKE ME NOW" HAHAHAA. So, that's what I did, I held my head high and walked right up there and guess who I came across first? Yep, dipshit.. lol.. she was chewing a resource nurse a new one.. she;s really such a stedford nurse.. this woman looked like someone goosed her when she looked over and saw me... lol.. it was priceless!!

Anyhow, that was too sweet to not share it with you.
