Dr. Sealy should have forwarded IPN his recommendation, so I'm not sure what's going on. I'd recommend contacting IPN and letting them know you've seen him and letting them know you've seen them as per recommendations per board. Then contact Dr. Sealy and let his office know you've received a letter from IPN about dismissal and have them immediately fax IPN his information. Obviously just a mix up. IPN is known to send that dismissal letter out quite readily...don't get too upset just yet...give everybody a call. Try to stay calm. It will work out. They won't throw you out just yet.
