I just appealed to my case manager to reduce from 26 per year down to 16. She agreed and said she'd contact affinity for the change. I'm not sure what the max times a person might have to test per year, but 26 is ridiculous and extremely expensive. Was $90.00 each time for me for a while when you add in the $28.00 site fee. Now the past 3 months or so the cost of the test itself has gone down. That might be what you were referring to about their price changes.
