Hey Santa RN,

What great news! CONGRATULATIONS on your "minted" Rn license! lol.. I know how happy you must be! The option of working longer at the clinic, well volunteering, I mean is really a good deal I think. Way better than having to go through an expensive, and time consuming refresher course. It looks like things really are turning up roses for you! So happy for you!

I really am excited about your spending account paying for those drug screens! That is incredible news! I'm going to look into that right away! I just became eligible for insurance Saturday. I will have one of those flex accounts where $1,000 is deposited by the company too come January with the new insurance. That's awesome to know yours covers the drug screens!

Do you mind revealing which state you live in? If it's Indiana, which part of the state?

I worked for Davita for 6 months and it was a nightmare to say the least. I'm currently working for Fresenius and loving it! I started out in "acutes" with Davita, but now I'm in a clinic. In talking with managers, they said that Davita in this region is bad, bad, bad no matter what capacity you work; but that in other parts of the country it's much better.

Best of luck to you!
