Thanks Jinx! I remember you from years ago.

I checked the site you mentioned but there is nothing available in my area (Omaha, NE).

Sadly, this site seems to have died. :( I pop in every few days to check for new messages and zap the spam ads offering barbituates, opioids, etc. Grr.

Unfortunately, the site I linked to in a previous thread has had no activity since May 1st. The nurse who started the site had been extremely active in wanting to advocate for the many wronged nurses out there.

For myself, it appears I have destroyed my career even thought I have been in recovery since 2004. I keep the bills paid by signing up to do health screenings for a few different companies. It is contract, as needed work and you never know when and if you will get more work.

I am grateful to be able to pay my bills and keep my expenses small.

I have had such trouble finding work that I was sure I would eventually end up homeless. So far, I am avoiding that horror.
