You're welcome. Hailey, you should be fine with your experience many places. Dialysis is very forgiving. My F/A (former) was in the program at one time. I think he has a new drug though. Another subject which I sure will place here soon. Anyhow, Yes, call them. I'd not reach out to individual clinics though, I'd go right to the top H/R person.

I know with Davita, the company I worked at, their contact is through "The People Service Resource Center; that number is 1-800-381-7063. Follow the prompts and eventually you will reach who you need or be given a number by a live person to connect with who you need. Heck, they may even have a recruiter call you. lol!

Dialysis is a chronic population that is expected to grow by 50% in the next five years alone with all the baby boomers growing older. Don't mean to come off as though I've just graduated statistics and theory, but I did (smile).

See, if you reach out to the conglomerate and get the *yes* we can hire you, then the next step would be to cold call the clinics or acute team F/A's near you. Your E/R experience is a HUGE plus btw.
