 Just curious - The "North" seems predominate in this forum. I know each State BON has it's own rules and regs....how does your state compare to others? Personally, I think Texas is pretty reasonable. Generally speaking you get into IPN ( called "TPAPN in Texas) with a 3 year contract and no narcotic passing for a year. Urines are monthly ( random ) for the 3 years and you are required to take an Ethics course within a year of starting.
