That's very kind of you. I was thinking The Drover had gone out of business, but it is in business. I will check around to see if it's still any good since I have never eaten there.

I moved to Omaha in 1987 and the steakhouse I remember best that has since gone out of business was the Ross Steakhouse. I never ate there but they used to have this giant Plexiglass cow head as their business' sign. It was on 72nd St, the main North/South street of central Omaha. Very unusual sign to say the least. The only rendition of it I could find online was on an old matchbook for sale on ebay. Click the link to see the amazing cow head, lol.:

Incidentally, my RN license will be UNRESTRICTED within the next few weeks. I am working at a non-nursing job now & am exhausted tonight but I will post more about how I finally got the BON off my back after 6 years & three months of probation (but who's counting?, lol)
