Oh yes they are. They simply do not CARE if we heal, but only care about feeding a system that does NOT contribute to CURE, i.e ridiculous drug testing, what they consider to be treatment options, yada yada yada.

I would like to know exactly how and whom made up the rules. How LONG one must stay in a program, to "prove" they are not using. Who and how did they arrive at that ridiculous number of YEARS.

Seems to me it all comes down to the fact that MONEY is going into a lot of pockets for the drug screens, testing, and just to pee at the designated accepted site. Also the mandated treatments as well may have to be paid for.

No logic is involved here at ALL. Otherwise there would be many other options, MUCH more economical, like hair testing.
