I had asked my person about how that would go, and she told me that all your program people would have to write something, Whether it's on one of the programs forms or some type of letter, I'm not sure. I just know all the people involved with your recovery needs to communicate in writing with the case manager on how "ready" and "worthy" you are to be an unmonitored nurse. I've read here that someone called the lab they were dealing with and someone there was able to answer when they would no longer need to check in. Good luck!
