 I'm in Indiana and my first year I tested 20/yr, the 2nd year I had it decreased to 12/yr. only to to have the minimum for everyone changed to 16/yr. I never recieved an addendum for the change. I was originally told that I was grandfathered into the 12/yr and that only new intakes were at the 16/yr minimum. No, everyone has to at least do 16/yr. I was tested more than my alotted times each year for no reason. No relapses/missed calls, etc. I have done everything to the dime. I have 3 mos left..:o)
