My employer contributes $3000/year to a HRA account to help cover medical expenses. I did check into getting the HRA account to pay for the urine drops, but because of the way my plan was set up, if the urine screen did not get processed through my insurance plan, then it would not be eligible.

The health insurance did tell me that if I had my own FSA account, then I would have been able to use the money for the urine screens because it would be my money, and not goverened by my employer & health insurance coverage.

Glad to hear to some people can get some relief from these monthly urine screens. As we know, it adds up by the end of the year.
