Hi Deeana. Great post. I once told my full (long) story here but like you it's been awhile since I've visited this forum. I quoted the part of your post that really hit home with me. Going through a BON complaint process is so horrible that it effects you long after. It almost changes your DNA. To avoid another BON complaint you become so hyper careful in your nursing practice that you almost can't function. Nursing really isn't all that. Wishing you a great Christmas and all the best.
