I did recently (November 28th) get my nursing license reinested.

Well my first interview of the week seemed to go pretty well as did the second one. I must have given the first interviewers a good impression as they are moving forward with references.

My second interviewer and I talked & talked & talked nursing, with of course a few interview questions in there. When I dropped the bomb at the end of the interview, we talked even more. And she told me that, unfortunately, there are 3 nurses on her unit right now that are diverting. :( So, I took that as an opportunity as well to turn it into a postive in that since I've already been there, done that, I'd be able to perhaps educate other nurses about getting the help now because you don't want to jump through the BON hoops.

With both interviews I kept everything positive, even when they were trying to ask the negative questions (e.g., who was your worse boss). And all the meanwhile I'm dying inside wanting to say "JUST HIRE ME...I'M NOT GOING TO SCREW IT UP."

I got another interview invite for a third job. I'm not too sure I want to pursue it because it's in my least favorite field of nursing. Well maybe I'll set up an interview anyway just for practice & for practice of dropping the bomb because I don't know if either of the first two interviews will amount to anything.
