Gabby, I am so sorry you are caught up in this web. I am off monitoring now, but the whole time I was, I was concerned about getting a false positive EtG test. Almost all of the urine drug screens I took over 6 plus years included that damn thing. ETOH was never (& isn't now) an issue for me and I was very careful about what I ate but I believe that there have been quite a few false positives.

So much in life depends on luck. I was just lucky that my body chemistry wasn't one that ever generated a false positive. I knew the BON would never believe ME since I committed the unforgivable sin of diverting some Percocets .
back in 2000.

When I started my probation back in 2006, I subscribed to a yahoo support group for EtG and still get their email updates. I noticed a message from someone named "Julie" who posted last Thursday. Was that you, gabby? It doesn't really matter but I hope you know of the group. I don't think it is very active now but I am sure there are many archived posts from their forums that might at least help you to feel less alone.

***HUGS*** to you during this tough time.
