Good for you Hailey! I'm proud of you that you stayed strong in the face of that adversary bitch! AND congratulations on your new position! These hoops we jump and dive through, the BON's and our own, to stay on task are grueling and have felt to me at times that I couldn't deal with one more "negative" task or person for the sake of my career. Now though, and I shutter a little still that I'm happy in my job. Like is this really true? No intentional Fu-- with the nurse on probation or make me feel like I have to put up with crappy schedules or attitude b/c I have no choice. AND, the best part of it all is that I know I have choices!
