I had 9 years clean and went out in a big way..guess i graduated from alcoholism to drug addiction...I have never been in diversion program as i was clean when i obtained my nursing license...It amazes me how quickly the disease progresses ...Mainly how my mind can justify anything...I am grateful there is a diversion program in california as it probably will be the only thing that gets me clean..I went back to NA about 8 months ago but only made it a few weeks...I am afraid I will never work again and my career is over...My mind is going a million miles a minute right now
