Friendship is an estate
where one overlooks ugliness
of one thought of to date
to try to bring some happiness
into that sad lonely life
that is filled with such strife.
Friendship held here and dear
is what the heavenly stars remembers;
and this person here holds so near
and that God will always remember
the kindness of your heart
that no one can tear such joy a-part.
In this my heart hold dear
this friendship between these two estates.
