The path I walk will always lead forward
I am weary but I must travel on
For all life is a journey
The soul is always restless
Yearning, Burning

Sometimes..

I come to a cool brook and linger just a little to long
Tomorrow the sun will rise and the traveller will be gone
The wonderful sights that I have seen
Those that I have not yet seen , they lead me on

Knowledge and understanding are my streetposts
Sometimes I wander down dark streets
But then the yearning takes me through
The soul craves the next reason to my wanderings

My eyes look towards the Horizon..

Today I am on a sunshine road
I pass golden fields and feel the winds of freedom
Ahh this is a wonderful path to follow
I see butterflies playing in winds of pure delight
I watch little insects dance in bright sunlight

Tomorrow my journey takes another path
Dark clouds gather and the mind falters
My sad eyes see gentle friends in trouble
I reach out my arms to comfort and it is such a struggle
Why me and how long will is darkness last

I continue

O traveller I'
My journey onward and my dreams touch the sky
This road is smooth and sometimes rough
Sometimes it's sealed or made of stronger stuff
I hear the words inside my mind
I must take up the challenge, not give up

For one day ..
I will find my golden stream
A place to rest and then to dream
When I finally catch my rainbow
Then..
Gather round all my forgotten and lost friends.
And let us all smile, hold each others' hand.
I WILL enjoy a Peace so grand
Then I truely can rest
And..
My journey will be at an end
