k this is really a shocker but posting this is one of the only things i can do to help. k, folks i'll get rite to the point: Russell Hill had a heart attack today. he's at el camino hospital rite now and i dont know how he's doing but let's hope it's good, seeing as how young he is and all. anyways, the reason i posted this is because all of u guys need to pray for him. also, i don't think i've ever had a real conversation with the guy even though he's in my ward so i don't really know him that well and maybe u people that do can do something that might be better than anything i try to do. if i get any more updates ala the bishop i'll post them.

k according to my sources which is othere ppl who visited him, he's doing better. btw, go ahead and ask me questions but i probably will only know a few answers---i wasn't there.

hey you guys, theres a few people over here. ummm so i think ill update you on a few things, me, cindy, kateryna, matt w, julie, and maddy went to visit Russell today. He's doin good, he called matt giles a pervert so we know hes ok haha. it actually wasnt a heart attack, i dont want to give detail they're keeping him overnight, and i really hope to see him soon. hey russell if you read this in the future, we love you sooooo much!

k so russel did definitely not have a heart attack. i dont know where u got that, but its not true, and i bet ya got alot of people relle scared there. Russel did faint, and he was havin some weird things happenin with his heart. they said it stopped for like ten second and got everyone worried. but he is alright now, we all went and saw him, and we talked to his parents and brother and stuff and they gave him all sorts of tests and hes gonna be fine. it just kinda got people a little worried.

hey omgosh i hope russell gets better cus hes like my brother... weve known each other since back in the day when i was like not even 3 feet tall and russell i dont know cus he was always tall.. but i hope he gets better and i will definetly be praying for him!

haha nichole you dork "and russell I don't know cuz he was always tall" *smacks you* lol. But yeah, Matt, I think people were scared whether we thought he had a heart attack or not...passing out and having your heart stop as well as a possible seizure sounds a little serious to me. Russell's my bud--if he ever reads this, WE LOVE YA dude, the whole stake is like freaking out still. Hope he gets better soon--and that nothing too serious is wrong with him *cringe*

i just wanted to let u all know that i just got discharged from the El Camino hospital about an hour ago or so; i would also like to thank everyone who came to visit me, left messages, prayers, or any sort of way showing your concerns or care for me; it really means a lot! thanks very much. I'll do what i can to make it up to you guys!
(i'll try to keep it as brief as possible; i don't want to bore you with a long story or gross you out with anything)
i had a lack of blood to the head and had a severe dizziness sensation and fell to the floor. For an unaccounted moment of time giles supposedly found me first and found me with a bloody nose. As the ambulances came by i was conscious for the most part, i was "half asleep" and not able to move my body voluntary or say a single word. (I heard many voices but i wasnt able to make out what they were saying)
As i was in the ambulance i had *arithmial(a phase that has a stoppage of breathing), this phase occured for about 30 sec; theres also a theory that i might have had a cramp about 5-7 inches from my heart...this action seemed to wake me up and i would describe it as a "comforting pain"; it was painful cause it hurt, and it was comforting cause it seemed to wake my body and my head a little bit.
But yeah, its a real long story; so if u want to hear it, feel free to come talk to me or call me. i just feel that i would tell too much information that you wouldnt need to know.
In closing, the food was good, the testing was a new experience; i got to use at least 3,000 dollars out of my parents insurance bill; it was all good.
Also more bad news, i'm not allowed to do many physical activities: driving (until Jan), sports, working out; the good news out of this is that im not allowed to do any perverted marching band...considering the fact i was one of the section leaders, but its all good. I just wanted to also say: keep on rockin' in the free world; love ya, love your show! I'll see you all at the stake breakfast tomorrow and scotts little activity action. later action!

woohoo russell glad you're doing better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yes welll sorry if i scared anyone but heart attack is what my sources told me. it got through a couple ppl before it got to me, so it might've been contortioned or whatever that word is-umm.... yeah well russell i guess i won't c u at marching band anymore. sorry again if i scared anyone insane.
