okay well here i go .
the first time that i really got to feel the spirit that i remember is one of my first years at girls camp when we were reading the joseph smith history. i really got to truly know how he was feeling, i had heard the history of him so much but this time it just stuck. i dont know if it was the fact that we were away from all the junk of the earth or if it was the leader holding it i just really was impressed of his actions. i didnt really go thourgh those feelings since i was born into the chruch , but i was thinking about what if i wasnt born into the church who would i be? and how my family would be? it was hard for me to even start to think about the struggles joseph smith went through and even with all that he still was apart of the church. another time when i was really touched by the joseph smith history was when i was at temple pagent. that just blew me away . the spirit with each song just grew every time i heard and sang them. i just came to tears some night while singing them because the strong spirit. i know all the experiences that i have had with in hearing joesph smith has made my spirit what it is today . im glad that i have been blessed to be born into the church because i know that if i didnt have it i just would be an extreemly lost. also the strenght of my friends who are in the church and who care about me has helped me want to go to church. i say this in the name of jesus christ amen.

id be happy to! i think that throughout my life the thing that has helped me most with my testimony are the friends around me that give me and example. People who are strong in the church are so humble. My sister has especially been an example because i know that she is extremely humble, even though at home we dont have a full parental influence on the church. You know when you go through that stage (most of us) where your not sure of the church and your in between relying on another testimony and your own, well i think that area in my life came to a close during the stake youth conference. i really felt the love of Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. ever since then i have devoted my life to trying to be like christ. my favorite part of the scriptures is doctrine and covenants, i find it amazing that Joseph Smith got to hear direct revelations so often about starting and maintaining the church. i am so grateful for him, and i dont know very many 14 year old boys that are as brave as him. (well maybe tanner and pj) And i know that a lot of people would agree that Stake play was also a major turning point in my life, my testimony is stronger than it has ever been, and i owe that partly to you guys. i love Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. i am so grateful to be on the earth in this generation and in this country. I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
