OK...here goes...

I grew up being a punk. I was a disobedient lil' kid who got into trouble just 'cause...I had more family problems than I cared to face, and then one night i hit rock bottom. I was kicked out of my house, I was getting crappy grades in classes I could be getting A's in, my boss was angry at me, and I felt like I didn't have many real friends. That weekend, I talked with my church counsellors, priesthood advisors, and quorum leaders. This was pretty much the first time that I spent the time to figure out my life and the Lord's importance in it. I knew that the Lord still loved me, and that what Christ would do was to face the problems, and forgive those who hurt him. There was a boy, back in the early 1800s who read the bible, and acted on it's teachings. By doing this, he began the ressurection of the Lord's Church on the Earth, and started the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints as we have it today. This knowledge brings me the greatest peace when I really need it. When life it at its most troubled, the church and God's precious creations will bring us closest to Him. The feeling you get when you hear a plain and simple, but beautiful truth is the same happy feeling you get when you hold a little baby, or spend time with the people you love.

I'm probably rambling by now, but the point is, the Church is true. It has been restored to the earth in these latter days, and we are here to usher in the second coming of Christ. I am struggling to be worthy to live with my eternal companion in the Celestial Kingdom, and be in his presence again. I urge anyone whos having trouble reading the entire Book of Mormon, or is working on their testimony to read the Pearl of Great Price. (JS-Matthew, JS-History, Abraham and Moses, and the Articles of Faith.

I love you all, thankyou for being the spiritual support that I've needed.
