boa noite ricardo!

pelo que descreveu nao me parece que a sua irma sofra de uma nevralgia do trigemio.
eu sou medico dentista e posso afirmar-lhe que muito raramente essa patologia e bilateral. alem de que tem um ponto alvo, que ao ser precionado desencadeia a dor; nao e uma dor mista articular e mio fascial mas simparoxistica e por vezes em queimadura. eu proprio sou paciente de sfc e o meu primeiro sintoma foi dor maxilar direita que foi descartada por nao ter ponto gatilho e ceder a antideprecivos como a amitriptilina e nao a carbomazepina que e o farmaco ao que responde melhor a nevralgia do trigemio.
