Na verdade a terapia manual funciona muito bem na fibromialgia sobretudo o uso da Liberta��o Miofascial.
A Liberta��o Miofascial � na verdade a melhor terapia a nivel mundial para erradicar de vez a fibromialgia.
No entanto as causas da fibromialgia s�o muitas e h� que fazer um trabalho muito mais completo e usar outras terapias e abordagens para que de facto se consigam bons resultados em todos os casos.
Cada caso � um caso e se bem que muitos sejam de r�pida resolu��o, outros h� que demoram algum tempo.
