Já efectuei algumas pesquisas sobre alimentação a ter por pessoas que sofrem de fibromialgia/SFC....li que existe alguns alimentos e bebidas que devem ser evitados (como por exemplo o tomate e a batata, o alcool e o café). O que gostaria de saber é quais são os alimentos e bebidas que devem ser evitados. Desde já um muito obrigado. E parabéns pelo Site !!
