Da minha parte posso garantir-lhe que o anti-depressivo Efexor" (primeiro experimentar com a dose de 37,5, � mais baixa)regularizou-me o sono, n�o gosto nada de tomar este medicamento assim como outros, mas temos de escolher entre o mau e o imposs�vel e insuport�vel, o sono � fundamental em qualquer pessoa, em pessoas com quadro de fibromialgia ainda mais, caso contr�rio, as dores, queimadura agulhas, etc s�o muito mais intensas.
