I think it's awesome Debi! And well, yeah instant gratification might be considered to be the theme of society, but there is nothing wrong with taking the scenic tour. And kudos to you for starting when you're not 'young' anymore. Obviously it means something to you and you are doing something about it. I daresay, you'll appreciate your accomplishment when you're finished, even if you're handing out fries. *G* (NOT!)
