Sounds like a good way to start here. Well, I think I have a knack for words and writing as friends often consult me on that topic. I've been reading mostly English books since I was 15 yrs old, and believe I know a bit more English vocabulary than the average German. Still it is not my mother tongue, so I'm not sure I am the right person to comment on native writers :) As for where I am in Germany: quite in the middle. The nearest (small) town is Braunfels, that will be about 70 km north west of Frankfurt.

DOn't think I mentioned it before ;) I'm close to Bielefeld aproximatly 100km south of Hannover. And I'm no native speaker either and coment on their stuff. I'f your not sure about the wordings or so, just give impressions that already may help tons since the technical things can be found by lectors and others as well. I remember you from one of the other boards, and then Oatcake disappeared for a bit, and now I see you're back.
And if you love to read, which I strongly suspect you do, cause of the community you found through DG, you'll fit in here just fine. And as for being helpful, I'm positive you'll prove invaluable. We all have something to contribute, after all.
