Subject: I just did it

Hey everyone!

Well, after several rejections (translation: all of them) I decided to self-publish my book and have been doing relatively well with it. I thought you guys might want to know, since you all saw the very beginning of it! It was this forum that got me seriously thinking about writing. Chapter 24 was originally a homework assignment!

I know the board isn't as active as it used to be, but I wanted to stop by and say thanks.

Congratulations, glad to see that the hard and long road finally saw you at this point. I am working hard on mine too, but am far away from that point still. hope to see you around here more often again now :)
