Hi, all, just letting you all know I'm still alive. Sorta. ;) I haven't posted here in a while because I belong to a local writers' group now, and the leader is kind of leery about having us members post our writing to a site that doesn't have logon capabilities (meaning it can be read by the public). So I have to play by his rules unfortunately. >:( The good thing is that I have finished Trey & Leaf (Trey's name was originally Kip but I changed it.) and their story but I haven't tried selling it yet--right now the "Urban Fantasy" market, which this would probably fall under, is too swamped between Laurell K. Hamilton, Kim Harrison, et. al. It would be too hard to sell right now because I think there's a glut in the market. So, I've since written & completed two more sf/fantasy novels. One is a post-apocalypse story set 300 years in the future and features shape changing dragons (long story), the other my husband describes as a 'fantasy western'. Husband is also now my editor as he goes through the fantasy western. That'll be interesting to see what he comes up with! ;) The angel story I posted here a long time ago (I'd say 2-3 years ago) is still on hold.

Anyways, I'm glad to see things are still hopping here. :)

I don't usually read sci-fi, but when you said "shape-changing dragons" you caught my attention! That sounds absolutely delicious! *G*

I've noticed on quite a few agents' blogs that angels are expected to overtake werewolves and vampires and be the next big thing. If you've got a story with angels, it looks like this might be the time to dust it off and get it out there.

I'm so glad you dropped in to post!

Hugs,
