91,000 words is a more than respectable word count, and I'm so bloody proud of you I could just bust. (But I won't as that would be messy and I hate to mop.)
What to do now? Find yourself some beta readers who will read the book and give you not only line-by-line crits, but an overall crit. Once you have those beta crits in hand, start on your second draft. After that's completed, write the third draft. And then you query.
In the midst of all that, begin writing your query letter and your synopsis, both of which will make you cry, because it's easier to write an entire novel than either of those.
If you're looking for beta readers, I'd like to volunteer. I've been aching to read this book since your first post on it.
